The staff was flexible, the hotel was clean and placed in a charming part of the city close to the Falls, downtown, Clifton Hill.

We liked the vegetarian breakfast and the EMPATHETIC staff. Spacious beds, iron/ironing board, terrace and big windows were a nice touch. First-class service and an excellent restaurant, available onsite.
